F-18E Super Hornet
In February 2004, Century Jet Models bought the rights to the ANK F-18E Super Hornet. Basic kit includes a one piece, primed, epoxy fiberglass fuselage with panel lines and intakes installed. All laser cut plywood and carbon fiber parts, composite wings with two aluminum spars installed in each wing, composite vertical stabs, composite horizontal stabs with 3/8 titanium control rods installed, aluminum stab and rudder control arms, composite flight controls (rudders, ailerons, trailing edge flaps), hatches (canopy, engine, stab servo, aileron servo, and flap servo) are include. Fiberglass canopy frame, clear canopy. instruction booklet, and color construction photo brochure are also included. CJM P-47 102"
In 2003 we decided to complement our current war bird fleet comprised of a F4U Corsair, P-51, Spitfire, and Sea Fury with a P-47 aircraft. The CJM composite kit is based on a combination of the Meister P-47 with permission and published 3-views. In the near future, we will add the a P-40E.
The P-47 fuselage is constructed using epoxy-glass and the composite wings use nomex honeycomb to make the lightest and strongest model possible. A scale master aircraft with multiple optional features.

We frequently make scale landing gear. We need to know the measurement from the pivot point to the center of the axle or the measurement from the mounting rail to the center of the axle.
In addition, we need to know (if availabale):
a. Kit manufacturer
b. Aircraft scale
c. Wing Span
d. Aircraft Weight...don't cheat!
e. Measurement from pivot/mounting flange to center of axle.
f. Axle axle if other than 90 degrees.
g. Axle diameter
h. Tire diameter
i. Tire manufacturer (DuBro, Sullivan, etc.)
j. Desire strut diameter (3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" 1")

Figure 3, Three Gear System Hook-Up
There are many ways to hook up three gear. One is shown. Another would be to hook up the nose gear and one main gear which will automatically slow down the respective main gear and nose gear. If your aircraft has a tail wheel vice a nose gear, hook up the system the same except change the nose gear to tail wheel.

Hook up the dual piston landing gear as shown in Figure 4. Note that there are two separate air systems which provide redundant system operation.

Figure 5 Fill Valve Installation
This drawing shows how to mount the fill valve so the maximum threads are available so the air chuck can completely grip onto the valve. Do not use the nut.

Figure 7. Brake System Hookup
There are many brake systems to control an aircraft brake system. This is one of the simpliest system to use on the market.
a. You can set it up so that full down elevator will activate the 3 way valve.
b. You can install a "Y" connector so that when full down elevator is selected, a separate servo will actuate the 3 way valve.
c. You can put the brake control system on a separate channel.
d. Contact Mini-Hobbies who has a proportionate control system that is very nice and compact. Cost is around $100.00.

Our 4 Way Speed Control Valve slows down the left and right retracts independently to any speed you set. A must for scale retract operation!

Uravitch OV-10 11099
These landing gear are designed for the Uravitch OV-10 kit. The nose gear is almost scale in appearance and uses our Centurion Nose gear unit with 3/8" diameter oleo struts. The main gear uses our 1/5 scale upper mechanisms with 1/2" diamter oleo struts. The main gear trailing link was revised as a result of a customer input at the 2003 WRAM Show to give an almost scale appearance. Want to see the nose gear, click on 11099N. These landing gear look like the scale landing gear with the exception that some of the cosmetic parts are not as detail and the main gear trunion block and yoke at the top of the strut do not exist. "T"s and quick disconnect should be used where necessary. Temporarily enlarge the air line opening to facilitate installation of the nylon "T". Leave excessive air line in the wing and fuselage to insure you have adequate air line for future adjustments.

Fill Valve 1406
This is our standard fill schrader valve. It is like the value on your car or bike. Do not use the nut that comes with the valve. It restricts the amount of valve stem. Screw the valve threads on the back side of the valve into the wood mount. Using the search engine, type in "Figure 1" to see more information. No special air pump required.

If you want to insure the strongest landing gear for those now so perfect landing, following the installation instructions for your particular landing gear, file a flat spot, and insert a dab of slow setting J.B. Weld around the insert and install the strut inside the cam.

With the introduction of the new ARF aircraft, many customers want to install our pneumatic retracts with our new super strong, light weight tail wheel units. The easiest way to do this is to install a "Y" connector into the retract channel of the receiver and have one servo operate the landing gear and the other servo operate the up/down motion of the tail wheel unit. Small, inexpensive servos will do the trick. Simple and easy to install.

Bates 1/5 F4F Scale Wildcat Gear 14512
Century Jet Models is proud to produce scale operating landing gear for the Jerry Bates 1/5 Scale Wildcat. Stainless steel struts, aluminum parts, combined with commercial air cylinders make the operation very scale. When the gear is down, the main strut over-centers down and locked. Full size drawings and installation instructions come with the landing gear. A complete air support system along with a deluxe 4 way valve make the up and down operation scale.
We also offer a tail wheel unit for the Wildcat along with a 1/5 scale Navy pilot.
